Everything a plant engineer needs after the first inquiry: the technical file for a model, the notes we write from installations, the application packages we have delivered, and the engineer who answers when a meter misbehaves.

Field notes
What we see at the measuring point
Written from installation experience, not from the catalogue.
The calibration interval nobody budgets for
Instrument price is the smallest part of the number that matters: consumables, access and verification decide the second-year cost.
What the pipe wall takes away from a clamp-on ultrasonic reading
Couplant, straight run and mounting position cost a clamp-on ultrasonic more accuracy than the electronics ever do.
Why an electromagnetic flow meter reads zero on a plastic pipe
A zero reading on a plastic pipe is almost always a grounding problem, not a meter problem. Here is how to tell the difference.
Technical support
Ask the people who calibrate the meters
Send the medium, the pipe or channel size, the temperature and the output your panel expects, and the reply is a principle and a model number rather than a product list.
- Selection review — the instrument checked against your process data before the order.
- Wiring and Modbus — register maps, baud and parity settings, PLC-side checks.
- Commissioning — zero and span, damping, empty-pipe and low-flow cut-off settings.
- Calibration and verification — the interval your process needs, and the certificate that proves it.
- Spare parts — electrodes, transducers, cables and seals, matched to the serial number.
Tell us the measurement point
