What it is not the answer for

Read this before asking for a price: one of these conditions is what turns a good meter into a bad installation.

  • Media that crystallise or solidify on the diaphragm without a flush seal
  • Pressure spikes well beyond the stated overload, unless a snubber is fitted
  • Sanitary or highly corrosive service without the matching diaphragm material

Maintenance and service life

Check the zero at atmospheric pressure once a year, and replace the wetted seal if the medium crystallises or solidifies. In pump station service, fit a damping or surge-protection device instead of increasing the range: an oversized range hides the surge it was meant to measure.

Content plan — certificates and case references

  • The declarations that apply to this model: CE, RoHS and any hazardous-area approval, each with its certificate number and the body that issued it.
  • One or two installations: plant type, medium, model supplied and what the reading is used for. Customer name only where written permission exists.
