What it is not the answer for

Read this before asking for a price: one of these conditions is what turns a good meter into a bad installation.

  • Pure water below about 20 µS/cm: inductive cells lose resolution at very low conductivity
  • Sanitary installations where the bore cannot be cleaned in place
  • Media with entrained air or heavy solids that break the inductive loop

Maintenance and service life

Clean the toroid bore monthly in scaling or biological service; scale inside the bore is the usual cause of a drifting reading. Verify against a standard solution once a year. There are no electrodes to replace, which is the point of the design.

Content plan — certificates and case references

  • The declarations that apply to this model: CE, RoHS and any hazardous-area approval, each with its certificate number and the body that issued it.
  • One or two installations: plant type, medium, model supplied and what the reading is used for. Customer name only where written permission exists.
