The problem at this measuring point

Chemical compatibility is checked at the instrument level but not at the seal, the gasket or the cable gland. A meter that meets IP68 on paper still fails after a washdown if the cable entry was not sealed at the site.

Scope of supply

Aumeascon supplies the instrument, the wetted-material option and the process connection. The site specifies the medium, concentration, temperature and the required output, and confirms the flange standard. Certificates for wetted materials are supplied per model.

Process plants buy the instrument that meets the specification, not the cheapest one that meets the range. The specification usually turns on the medium, the wetted materials and the output the control system already speaks.
